BO BOND

Executive Managing Director

Bo Bond is an Executive Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Data Center Advisory Group and is based in the firm’s Dallas office. He has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is known nation-wide as a data center expert.

Bond and his partner, Ali Greenwood, have established themselves as a premier data center brokerage team. Collectively, they have completed assignments for many of the Fortune 500 across various industry verticals, as well as investors and data center operators alike.

Bond has negotiated more than 30 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions in markets around the world. His is an expert on the unique requirements of data center clients and their mission-critical assignments, including infrastructure, connectivity, IT considerations and technical issues. Bond works closely with each client to meet their goals, providing a range of services that include customized strategy development and execution, tenant and owner representation, acquisitions and dispositions, and data center development.

Bond most recently served at JLL as Managing Director and co-leader of the company’s global Data Center Solutions practice. He has been recognized with a wide variety of industry awards, including Dallas Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters list and Best Deals awards, D CEO’s Power Brokers list and CoStar’s Power Brokers list. He also earned the Staubach/JLL Top Gun distinction nine years.

Bond earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing/sales from the University of Mississippi.

ALI GREENWOOD
Executive Director

Ali Greenwood is an Executive Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Data Center Advisory Group and is based in the firm’s Dallas office. She has more than 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate, data center, private investment, technology and REIT industries. She is well-known across the U.S. as a data center expert.

Greenwood and her partner, Bo Bond, have established themselves as a premier data center brokerage team. Collectively, they have completed assignments for many of the Fortune 500 across various industry verticals, as well as investors and data center operators alike.

Greenwood provides her clients with a range of data center services, including customized strategy development and execution, site and provider selection, deal negotiations, TCO analysis, portfolio and asset valuation, acquisitions and dispositions, greenfield projects, colocation leases, DR and hybrid IT/cloud deployments, and master services agreements and renewals. She leverages her background in finance to benefit clients in each scenario, ensuring their data center strategy closely aligns with their goals.

Greenwood most recently served as a Senior Vice President at JLL. Prior to that, she worked with Digital Realty and Eastern Partners. She has been the recipient of several prestigious awards, including Dallas Business Journal’s Best Deals awards and D CEO’s Power Brokers list, and was a finalist for the Young Leader of the Year – Women in IT Awards.

Greenwood earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate finance from Baylor University.

NICK BELUSIC
Associate

Nick Belusic is an Associate with Cushman & Wakefield's Global Data Center Advisory Group and is based in the firm's Dallas office.

In his role, Nick is primarily responsible for new business development. He also supports the team by conducting market research, and maintaining the team's proprietary inventory database.

Nick most recently served as Senior Research Analyst in Dallas, where he oversaw the firm's local research efforts.

Nick earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Business from the Florida State University.
